- Helpdesk, Network and Desktop Security, Server Administration, Pro-active maintenance, Backup and Recovery, Cloud Migration, Consultancy and Solutions, Installations and Upgrades, Server Virtualisation, Mobile Devices (BYOD), VoIP Telephony
- Pre-Paid Hours Plan ** Recommended starter! **
- Hourly rate at 35% discounted standard hourly rate;
- Pre-paid block of hours; (minimum 10 hours, valid 12 months)
- Fast response - high priority;
- Convenient (top up hours as required).
- Monthly Fee Plan ** Lower risk for larger business **
- Fixed Monthly Fee at 50% discounted standard hourly rate;
- Monthly fixed fee (minimum 8 hours);
- Fastest response - highest priority;
- Convenient, (easy to budget with 12 month review);
- Proactive Maintenance (device/desktop monitoring included).
- STANDARD HOURLY RATES (AD HOC)
The Hourly Standard Rates payable to WCS for support that is not within an IT Service Plan Agreement or outside the “Standard Working Hours” are charged at the full “ad hoc” casual hourly rate of:
- Full hourly rate (1 hour minimum).
- “Best effort” response times
- STANDARD WORKING HOURS (AD HOC)
- 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m AEST, Mon – Friday (excludes public holidays)
- AFTER-HOURS SUPPORT
- As scheduled and approved by both parties.
