Helpdesk, Network and Desktop Security, Server Administration, Pro-active maintenance, Backup and Recovery, Cloud Migration, Consultancy and Solutions, Installations and Upgrades, Server Virtualisation, Mobile Devices (BYOD), VoIP Telephony

STANDARD HOURLY RATES:

The Hourly Standard Rates payable to WCS for support that is not within an IT Service Plan Agreement or outside the “Standard Working Hours” are charged at the full “ad-hoc” casual hourly rate of:

  • $ (1 hour minimum).
  • “Best effort” response times

STANDARD WORKING HOURS:

9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Mon – Friday (excludes public holidays).

AFTER-HOURS SUPPORT:

  • $ (1 hour minimum).
  • scheduled and approved by both parties
