  • Pre-paid block of hours; (minimum 10 hours, valid 12 months)

  • Fixed Monthly Fee at 40% discounted standard hourly rate;
  • Monthly fixed fee (unlimited support hours);

STANDARD HOURLY RATES (AD HOC)

The Hourly Standard Rates payable to WCS for support that is not within an IT Service Plan Agreement or outside the “Standard Working Hours” are charged at the full “ad hoc” casual hourly rate:

  • Full hourly rate (1 hour minimum)
